KROM Kendama work with two 3rd party fulfilment centers. One in the US who handles orders from the US only, and one placed in Denmark who mainly handles orders to European, Asian, North American and Oceanian customers. They do also have great shipping services to the US. If you place your order within the US and KROM Kendama only have this/these product(s) available to ship from our fulfilment facility in Denmark, KROM Kendama will handle the order from their Danish fulfilment facility. As a US customer who receives your order from Denmark won't affect the shipping costs. Toll & taxes won't be added when entering the US. Order shipped from Denmark to the US will usually have a delivery time between 6-10 business days.

From our fulfilment facility in the US we ship all of our orders via USPS/UPS/. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

From our fulfilment facility in the Denmark we ship all of our orders with a maximum of 5 kendamas via PostNord. When the package cross a border, the national delivery services in the respective countries, will be handed over the package and the national delivery service in your country will handle the final delivery of your order/package.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within maximum two business days from the order was placed on our website.
If you're ordering from the US, you'll be able to see the estimated delivery times on the shipping method you choose when checking out.
Below listed are the estimated delivery times, from orders has been shipped/fulfilled, for all destinations KROM Kendama currently deliver to:

United States depends on chosen shipping method at checkout

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes, or inclement weather etc.) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via the carriers website. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update depending on the carrier.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

KROM Kendama is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
