1. How long time does shipping take?

All orders received before 1pm (CEST) will be shipped the same day. In Denmark the expected delivery time is 1-3 working days. All parcels are delivered with Post Danmark and a tracking code will automatically be sent to you by email once your order has shipped out.

Delivery time on international orders depend on the destination country. Within the EU delivery time is expected to be 2 -6 working days. Deliveries to the U.S. are expected to be 4-11 working days.

Yes! We offer a great kendama wholesale catalogue, so we would love to hear from you. Please send us an email at and tell us about your business. We are always ready to advice you on which product would be most suitable for your store.

3. How do I get you out to my school / company / party

KROM Kendama is a team of some of the best players out there. Together we have hosted more then 150 workshops in anything from youth clubs and universities to corporate businesses and amusement parks. Take a look at our EVENTPAGE for more information of what we can offer you.

4. When is your next kendama event?

5. The cups on my kendama have gone loose, what can I do?

The cups on your kendama (sarado) can be tightened by placing the ball (tama) on the spike. Press the ken and the ball together and press the cups firmly down and make sure they are stuck. You can also put a little bit of superglue in the hole of the cups to make them stay together – don’t worry this is something we do ourselves.

6. This is how you change your string

The easiest way to learn how to string a kendama is looking at another kendama, and see how it is done on that. Here is a guide from the Japanese manufacturer of Ozora Kendama who shows how it is done.

7. My kendama is broken

If your kendama suddenly failed on you please send us a picture at and we will have a look at it and figure out what we can do for you.

8. How do I find inspiration to new tricks?

We love to meet new players. That’s the coolest way to see, learn and create new tricks. On our team-page you can see videos of tricks at all levels, and let yourself be inspired by some of the worlds top players. We are happy to share and teach tricks with you at all our events, so please come out and play!

You have a few different ways of ordering products from If you are sitting in front of the screen you can either go directly to our online shop, or merely write an email at with your order. Do you need further product information than what the webpage supplies, or you are not completely at home in this digital world, you are more than welcome to call us at +45 61 30 26 82 or contact us by email at 

After your order has been made, it is no longer possible for you to acces the contract of your order on our website. If you wish to receive a new copy of your order via e-mail, please write us with your order number and name at with such a request. All prices at is including Danish VAT and all fees and tariff.

If your ordered products are in stock, we will send your order the samme working day as we receive your payment on our account. For most Danish adresses the package is then delivered the following day. 

See shipping time for international shipping in our Shipping Information. Is your entire order or part of it not in stock, reserves the right to cancel the order or part of this. Before doing so we will of course contact you with a new offer. Therefore please type your real telephone number and e-mail adress, so we are able to inform you of possible changes in your order. can not be held responsible for delayed deliveries and is without responsibility for any loss to the buyer due to missing delivery, unless customary rules of Danish law says so.


At you have 14 days right of cancellation on all products. Within these 14 days you must inform us than you want to return your product. Afterwards you have 14 days to send the goods back to us. You will receive the full ammount you have paid including shipping cost. The thing you do have to pay for as a customer is the cost of shipping the goods back to us. will receive returned products even if they are used (as Danish legislation prescribes). A used product will be evalueted and you as customer will not receive the ammount of the deterioration of the product. 

If a cancellation is wanted, this must first be agreed via phone or e-mail. After this buyer may return the order or parts of this, this means that the buyer also have to pay for the return shipping.


Since some colours on product pictures are altered digitally, there might appear a difference in the colour seen at and that of the real product. Besides from this the screen resolution and colour settings on the used computer may also affect the coulors of the products.


All orders made at are send with and delivered by Post Danmark or by Post Danmark's partners. The freight price is calculated from the weight of the specific products. In order to spare the postmans back, the maximum weight of one package is set to 20kg. If you wish to order more than this, the order will be split up into more packages. We charge Post Danmark's present rates. Se rates in our Shipping Information or at Besides from this we charge a small handling fee.


If an order is wished transported out of Europe (here among Greenland, the Faroe Islands and Norway), the Danish VAT is automatically subtracted = 20% of selling price. If an order is to be delievered outside of the EU buyer will pay customs duty. If you purchase your order in Denmark and transport it to your residence outside of the EU yourself then will not refund the Danish VAT on this order.
