Fulfilment time
From the day your order has been placed our warehouse need a maximum of two to three business days to fulfil your order. In average the fulfilment time is two business days from your order has been placed but depending on the demand we have and amount of orders we receive there can be delays in some specific periods throughout the year.
Delivery time
The delivery time of your order depends on the geographical delivery location. When you choose Shipping Method at checkout on our website you'll be able to see the estimated delivery time of your order before you confirm and pay for your order.
The estimated delivery time counts from the day your order has been fulfilled by our warehouse and after you have received a shipping confirmation email with tracking info included from KROM.
Responsibilities & Disclaimers
Please note that the delivery time is an estimate and not a guarantee. When your order has been fulfilled it's the forwarder who have the full responsibility. If you have any questions related to your order whereabouts, delivery time, address changes etc, you should contact the forwarder directly. This way of communicating will save your time, our time and the forwarders time.
We highly recommend our customers to open, read and save all the emails coming from KROM regarding orders.
If you placed an order and haven't received it within 6 business days, we recommend checking your tracking link for an update. If you see something unusual, you should contact your local post office for further instructions before reaching out to us.

With all of the different options, it can become a bit daunting to figure out which paint option is right for you. Here's a little breakdown — LOL + RFS refer to our glossy, sticky paint! This paint helps beginners and pros alike hit all of their favorite tricks, and can help you learn easily. Rubber + LUSH refer to our matte paint. This paint looks smoother, and still has a bit of a tackiness to it that continues to get better as you play. All in all, it's about what you think looks cool, and what you learn to prefer. With enough practice, you can do ANY trick on ANY kendama!
There's no right or wrong answer here! If you're a new player, we recommend starting with the POP LOL - made with sticky paint and bigger cups to assist you on your journey.
